It is made for American mahjong clubs that play with the National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) card. Each mahjong is recorded with the player and the card line, and points add up by month.
Yes. The app, the guides and every notice are in English and Spanish. Each member chooses her language and the club can mix both.
The admin creates the club and shares a 6-character invite code. Each member downloads Mah Tables from the App Store (coming soon; free on iPhone), signs in with her email (a one-time 6-digit code, no passwords), types the invite code and picks her name from the club list. Clubs are private: nobody joins without the code.
The admin creates the club, invites members, generates the game dates, sets the venue and the hostess, records the mahjongs (or names a sub-admin per table), registers fees and payments, and sends notices to the whole club. See the admin guide.
For every game night members tap Confirm attendance to save a seat at a table. When the tables are full, the next members go on the waitlist and get a seat automatically when someone cancels, with a notice. A member who confirmed and can't make it can ask for a sub.
Each mahjong recorded during a game night adds points to the player. The scoreboard shows the month's standings and the leader wears the crown. The month closes on the 1st of the next month, the champion goes to the Hall of Fame and the prize of the month is awarded. Both can be shared as an image with the group.

Cada socia baja Mah Tables de la App Store (muy pronto; gratis en iPhone), entra con su correo (un código de 6 dígitos de un solo uso, sin contraseñas), escribe el código de invitación y elige su nombre de la lista del club. Los clubes son privados: sin código nadie entra.
Crea el club, invita a las socias, genera las fechas de juego, pone la sede y la hostess, anota los mahjongs (o nombra una subadministradora por mesa), registra cuotas y pagos, y manda avisos a todo el club. Mira la guía de la administradora.
En cada jugada las socias tocan Confirmar asistencia para apartar su lugar en una mesa. Cuando las mesas se llenan, las siguientes quedan en lista de espera y entran solas cuando alguien cancela, con un aviso. Quien confirmó y ya no puede ir pide suplente.
Cada mahjong anotado en una jugada suma puntos a la jugadora. El marcador muestra la tabla del mes y la que va ganando lleva la corona. El mes se cierra el día 1 del siguiente, la campeona pasa al Salón de la Fama y se entrega el premio del mes. Los dos se pueden compartir como imagen con el grupo.
